We will check the goods for discerning quality before shipping and provide tracking number for all shipped products.If items damaged or lost, we will 100% resend or refund.

Replacing

When we receive the products sent back intactly, we will replace it with new, and send them back to you. The shipping fees for the replaced products that we ship to you should also be charged of you. Before sending the items for replacement, you must transfer the additional freight to return the replaced items from us first. As soon as the payment completed, will we replace the items sent from you.

If you find the products with quality problems (non-human factors or non-resistant external damage), it can be returned and replaced. You have to send back to us the products in original packaging. When we receive the products sent back intactly, we will replace it with new, and send them back to you again. We will pay shipping fees for the replaced products that we send to you. (Note :. Return and partial refund
Our website can not give a full refund for non-quality problems such as:

In 7 days (from the date products were received), if you request returning the purchased items because of the above reasons, you should send back to us the products in original package (you pay shipping fees). When we receive the products sent back intactly, besides the shipping fees, we will charge a 15% re-stocking fee based on your order total amount and give you a partial refund.
